Executive coaching

A major amount of the work we carry out in organisations revolves around personal and team development.  For this reason, our expert Executive Coaches are called upon to help others understand how their style and behaviour at work can influence their performance and effectiveness.  

Every individual is different and as such will have a differing set of needs.  Our role is to help guide them through a process of self-understanding through objective challenge and support so personal discoveries and habitual, behavioural change can be made.

Objective questionnaires and psychometric tests are often used to uncover how our personality and motivational drivers can influence our behaviour, personal impact and subsequent performance at work.

Executive Coaching can take many forms and is entirely dependent on the issues facing the individual at that time.  

• Perhaps it is simply to develop a heightened sense of self-awareness and an understanding of when to adapt your behavioural style to suit the situation and people present.  
• It maybe to help utilise the benefits of positive psychology and consider strategies to build on and leverage your strengths.  It may also be that under pressure these strengths can be overplayed and become counterproductive, impeding your effectiveness and eroding the quality of your relationships (both internally and externally).
• It may be that you are experiencing significant change within the organisation, a personal lack of motivation, work-based pressure or relationship issues with colleagues that are having a detrimental effect.
• It could form the basis of confronting specific issues at work and building behavioural mechanisms for more appropriately solving these.
